In 2015 I founded Farm.One with the vision of growing food for chefs in a vertical farm in the heart of New York City. We were the first to grow a wide selection of culinary plants in an indoor controlled environment vertical farm. From 2020 we launched a consumer offering — a weekly salad subscription in reusable containers to eliminate plastic waste. Farm.One has been hailed as an innovator that has inspired other small farms around the world to grow a dynamic and diverse crop range.

Farm.One was acquired in 2023.
